Kenneth L. Carper, licensed in real estate in 1971, opened Gateway Realty Inc., for business in 1985, making Gateway one of Lancaster County’s most reputable and well-established real estate companies, for decades.  Shirley Rust, licensed in 1989, joined Carper’s team in 1990, and specializes in both new homes and home resales.

Gateway is located off Oregon Pike in the North Pointe Business Campus .
