At the helm of a flourishing company he organized in 1985, Ken entered the real estate profession in 1970. Early on Ken specialized in marketing new home communities and over the years has established a working relationship with many local developers and builders. Ken is currently the marketing agent for several new home communities throughout the area.

In addition to staff charged with normal functions of the business, Ken has a trained and licensed new home coordinator who coordinates each transaction between the Builder and Buyer from start to finish.
